Due to a current sewage backup we felt it was time to remind you of certain items that are NOT biodegradable...

The following should NEVER be flushed down the toilet or put down the drain:

Grease or any Oils (down the Sink or in the Toilet)

Small Toys (Lego’s especially)

Diapers

Paper Towels

Cleaning Rags

Sanitary Napkins

Tampons

Large Wads of Toilet Tissue

Grout, Cement or any tiling or building materials

 Remember that a sewage backup can cost thousands of dollars in damage to your apartment and the common areas and these items are harmful to the environment.

Like everything else our sewer water is recycled for other uses and some still is sent out to the Ocean.
